Extended Factory Warranty
As a factory authorized representative, you can be assured only factory original parts will ever be provided. New York Fire Detection warrants all products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of first beneficial use of all or any part of the system.
New York Fire Service offers an extended factory warranty beyond the initial year to include:
- All labor during our normal working hours.
- No limit on the number of service calls.
- Internal system components and peripheral devices replacement or repaired at no additional cost.
- Twenty-four hour emergency service is always available to all of our contract customers, medicine which require immediate attention!
- Our customer service department is staffed with NICET certified technicians to answer any questions or solve any problems you may have.
